The first show of 2023 began with the new PWE Heavyweight Champion Tiberius King, the man who cheated against Cody Deaner to win the title after he brought it back. Asylum came down to the ring and claimed that Tiberius won the match for him and is the champion, not King. As the two fought over the belt, the number one contender "Pretty" Ricky Willdy came out to confront them. Asylum and King demanded that he leave the ring, but Willdy wouldn't have it and a fight broke out. Asylum and King beat down Ricky two-on-one, but then Tomer Shilom came out to make the save. After clearing the ring, Ricky came up with a different main event. Ricky Willdy and Tomer Shilom versus Asylum and Tiberius King in a Tag Team Match for the PWE Heavyweight Championship, where whoever scores the pinfall or submission wins the title.
Then two single matches between the Intergender Tag Team Champions Cici Galavis & Dale Kilburn, and April Jones & Ricky Stardust. If Stardust and Jones win them, they will earn an Intergender Tag Team Title Match.

The main event again was for the PWE Heavyweight Championship in a tag team match with whoever scores the pin or submission will win the title. Asylum and Tiberius King continued to have problems while Tomer and Ricky worked well together. But eventually, they began to work together by using the numbers game and cheat behind the referee's back. Near the end, Ricky went to pin Asylum. He got the three-count, but Tiberius King placed Asylum's foot on the rope after the three-count. King tagged himself in and Ricky Willdy celebrated his victory. When the decision was waved off by the ref seeing the foot on the rope, King took advantage and pinned Willdy with the use of the ropes to win the match and run off with the title again.
