I have this old Spiderman comic. I'm just wondering if there's any site or book or anything that can tell me how much it is worth.
N/m I found it by typing random numbers...

Try www.comicspriceguide.com/Google is my friend and can be yours too ;D What Spider-man comic is it? If you think it is really worth something, take it in to a comic book store and ask them about having it graded. I'm not too familiar with what is involved, I think you have to send the comics away, but all of the really expensive comics at my local shop have been graded.

Wizard is the devil. Always go with the Comic Buyers Guide prices.... Wizard is inflated and is a tool for CGC.
I work for a store, I know these things.

Bit of a comic book story here .... I know a guy (real scum bag) he had a booth at a flea market and just sold random crap and fake jewelery. One day a guy comes up to his booth wanting to sell a comic book, it was the middle of winter and the guy didn't want to walk to the other building that had a comic book stand.
He said he didn't know anything about comic books but the comic book was really old and he wanted $1000 for it, the guy I know bought it and started making some phone calls and a month later sold the comic book to I believe Warner Brothers for $250 000 U.S. plus royalties, the comic turned out to be Superman issue 1.

So I omitted the words "comic book" before the word "store", so sue me. And that dude bought an Action comics #1 for $1000? What an asshole.... a smart asshole, but an asshole none-the-less. Even if he bought it for $10,000, he'd still be able to flip it for far more than that depending on the grade. That's just robbery.... Kinda like when Ron Joyce bought out Tim Horton's family from the donut franchise. Smart man, but a bitch move.
