You're right, it does work best in a group environment. Hell the game that gets the most time on my system is 5 player Bomberman '93 for the TurboGrafix-16 on VC lol.

Super Paper Mario is awesome, you just probably thought it was a platformer when it is actually an rpg in a side scrolling view. Metroid Prime 3 WAS awesome, but not the best controls Medal of Honour: Heroes 2 bested it. Resident Evil 4 was much much better on the Wii don't let him fool you. It's better if you prefer PC controls, which I don't understand how someone wouldn't but to each their own. I agree about pretty much everything else. Edit: Rock Band 2 is the exact same on Wii as it is on the other consoles, and Guitar Hero (World Tour) actually has more features on the Wii than the others do. Aye, the story in super paper mario was just plain gay, I had to throw shit at the tv at times. But i had a fun time playing through I have to admit, especially the 2D to 3D conversions. I forgot bout MOH2 mainly cuz its a medal of honor game - prob best controls and online multiplayer game on wii. I havent given Res evil much of a shot on the wii, I was told the Zapper def enhances the experience - i should give that a shot.

I don't think RE4 will work well with the zapper. As for Super Paper Mario, do you really go into a Mario game expecting anything more "Mario Saves Princess 29"? It's all about the gameplay man.

ive picked up many best of's...............i got the SNK classics, some more of the same type titles. (which is odd, since i have a full size NEO GEO arcade in my basment) not to mention a full MAME arcade machine................... anyway , the wii is fun, just doesnt get used a ton. im leaning towards having game nights on thursdays. and trying out a new game weekly. with the mod games are SOOOOOOOOOOOO cheap, its no harm. i saw that one of the places i get games has your typical emulator disc with NES,SNES,N64,TURBO GRFX,SEGA,etc . so i will get that for the sole purpose of having it (yet again) readily available on a system that gets plaid.
it true that there are some games on some colsoles you just cant stop playing. like mario kart for the n64, or golden eye for the N64. i also like having a ton of wrestling games

no doubt you have some classics that some how, some way make it out of storage to get played on the big screen. ive kinda been consumed with emulation, mame, etc. i have my own mame project that im just about finished. www.mymissiontomame.blogspot.comand even though i have an emulator disc for most of my consoles i still want it for the wii. as my friend said having it readily available on a system your currently playing make sense. its not like im spending $50 to get something i already have. on an other note i need to go pick up a DVD/CD binder to store my wii games. with all the dvds and stuff i have im so over having a ton of cases. im also looking forward to PUNCH OUT on the wii, i think it will rock !
