GERWECK.NET has learned that Tracy Smothers failed a drug test given at an independent wrestling show in Williamsburg, Kentucky on Saturday night. Smothers, who was to be in the main event, tested positive for marijuana and was not allowed to work. Smothers is now suspended in Kentucky and cannot work until he is brought before the Kentucky regulatory board.

The thing I find interesting here is the speed in which the testing was performed.
Most tests usually require some sort of lab anaylsis. So are we to assume that: Smothers showed up at the venue for the show took the test, waited while the lab analyized his sample and then was sent home for failing a test?
Something does not add up here. Are there drug tests (reliable/legal ones) that can check this so quickly?

I used to train racehorses, if they desided to do a pre-race test it only took 15 to 20 minutes to get the results back.
If they are testing indy workers for drugs I am sure it is a spot test and they would have everything they need for the test with them
