Hmmm, 2 or 3 litres? Good thing it's 99 cents a litre at the Giant Tiger lol. I do usually do chocolate milk after my work outs because a) it's something like 7 grams of protein in 250 ml and b) they've got it on hand at the gym although it's only those 500 ml ones. I'm definately going to up the chocolate milk intake though lol.

i think chocolate milk should be taken with a nice breakfast it helps the day to start.

I heard Hammer's got some of that intramuscular, injectable chocolate milk from Singapore... Grey-market stuff; but works amazing, supposedly.

If you seriously want to gain weight for good reson your Doctor can prescibe pills that will increase appetite and helps the body absorb more from the food.
I have the opposite problem. No inner lining in the stomach so I absorb way to much from the intake and have a helluva time trying to keep weight off. I cant drink much booze because of it either as I get drunk too easily. Dammit.LOL
