ROH stars coming to Montreal in January

On Saturday January 22 Ring of Honor stars will invade Montreal, Quebec
Canada for the second edition of New Year Madness at the NDR center in
Montreal located at 955 Villeray east.

As of right now 4 of their stars have confirmed their presence to Marc
the Grizzly who is the promoter and teacher to most of the local talents
that wil tackle the invading wrestlers. More ROH stars are in
negociation to appear on the show and wrestled local talent like Jackal
who was one of the Gaea Boyz in Japan.

Main Event

Pierre-Carl Ouellet(3 time WWE tag team champion) vs CM Punk

Semi Final Triple Treath match

Samoa Joe(ROH champion) vs Kevin Steen vs El Generico

Kevin Steen will wrestle Samoa Joe for the second time in Montreal in a
rematch from this past July. Kevin Steen is the star trainee of Jacques
Rougeau. Both Steen and Genrico have appear for many USA indy groups and
will wrestle for ROH in February.

John Walters(ROH pure wrestling champion) vs Excess 69

Roderick Strong vs Franky the Mobster

Sexxxy Eddy vs Hellstorm vs Damian vs Mr. X-treem vs Kid Kamikaze vs

Sexxxy Eddy is currently a tag team champion for Combat Zone Wrestling

On Saturday January 22 in Montreal the second edition of New year
Madness will take Montreal by storm with many of the top stars from the
ROH (Ring of Honor) promotion taking on the best wrestlers in Quebec.

Promoter Marc the Grizzly didn't want to let the fans down after Samoa
Joe lost the ROH title and signed Austin Aries to come to Montreal and
defend the championship against the winner of the triple treath match
between Samoa Joe vs El Generico vs Kevin Steen.

In the other matches added to the show:

Jack Evans(ROH) vs Crazy Crusher(EWR champion) vs Alex Price(NCW
cruiserweight champion) vs Don Paysan(1# contender NCW cruiserweight
championship) This match could steal the show !

-Jackal(NCW champion) vs Handsome JF

Handsome JF is a a Jacques Rougeau student who wrestled on a Sunday
Night taping in Montreal in 2004. Jackal was one of the Gaea Boyz in
Japan.

-Nova Cain & Kurt Lauderdale vs Tank & MVP

Tank & Kurt lauderdale are also two of Jacques Rougeau students.

USA and Ontario as well as from everywhere in the province of Quebec.
Some people are even renting cars and are making hotel reservation so
that they can hit the Montreal nightlife after the show. Killing two
birds with one stone !

Tickets are 22$ Canadian and the show will take place at the NDR center
located at 955 Villeray east in Montreal.

They will have 6 stars from Ring of Honor and Pierre-Carl Ouellet form WWE tag team champions.

Also a giant screen with video and interiew during the evening.

11 matches that will blow away the little amount of wrestling on the Smackdown taoing on January 18 at the Bell Center. Cheapest ticket in the pit for that is close to 30$ after taxes.

THe show on January 22 is 22$ and you get to sit ringside from one kick ass show with a lot of atmospehre. A ticket for a ROH show will cost you at least 20$ US money and travel expense.

Not a bad deal if you like that kind of wrestling and a good way to discover the young talent in the province of Quebec.
