Appearing this Friday night in Collingwood, with his open challenge on the table and a heap of defeated opponents behind him; Notorious T.I.D. prepares for what will be the biggest match of his career as he steps in to a STEEL CAGE to do battle with a special GUEST opponent. The man who is scheduled to take up that challenge fills the outline on the advertising poster and then some; and is said also to have 'years of unfinished business with Tidwell'.
Ring Wars national Champion George Terzis has confirmed that he is ready to defend the national Title against ANYBODY who wants to take a crack at the title. Joe E. Legend, who over the past few months has formed a strange alliance with Notorious T.I.D. - is scheduled to take on Thorn as a result of bad blood stemming from last months tag team match where Legend and Tid barely defeated Eddie Osbourne and Thorn.
Also as part of this card, there will be an 8 man, 1 night tournament that will see the crowning of the first ever RING WARS Light Heavyweight Champion. Scheduled to appear in this tournament are some of Canada's top Cruiserweights as Eddie Osbourne, Hornet, Jake O'Reilley, Mikey Madrox, Sensei Hiroshima, Ash, Warhed and Ring Wars newcomer Virgil Mac.
Action gets underway at 8:00 p.m. at the Collingwood Curling Club, 152 Hume Street in Collingwood. Tickets are available until one hour prior to the show at 91 Discs at 11 Hurontario Street in Collingwood, or at the door.

Forebs, I am not sure where you got your information from, but when I spoke to Joe last weekend he said that he would still be in Ontario for tonights show. I have known Joe for nearly 4 years now, and unless we got our lines crossed somewhere, I don't believe he would no show without calling or informing our office he was not going to show.
From what I understand, that was his last BCW show....and with him being head trainer at their school it would make sense for them to have a sendoff for him.

Just got back from Collingwood. Joe E Ledgend was indeed at the show. Great show overall, main event of TID vs. Magnus in a cage was actually pretty lackluster but overall it was a great show and a lot of fun. Look for tons of pics in the coming weeks.

Not our greatest show ever in Collingwood last night, but definitely a good show. Cage match probably could have went longer, but with Magnus breaking his hand it really limited him from then on in. The crowd still liked it though, although as you said, barring Mags' injury, it would have been a different story.

I didn't realize Magnus broke his hand. I was wondering why it was such a short match. Very fun show though, I always love watching Ledgend work, he's very entertaining. Also the tournament was very entertaining as well.
