I hate Karo. I really do. He's a guy with a huge head that isnt that impressive. He gets some wins by laying on guys then acts like he's important. Hopefully he's gone for a year. Apparently he was slated to face Koscheck at UFC 98 or something, which I would've loved to see cause Kos would've bulldozed him.

I doubt they will reverse the decision and give the Kim the win, maybe they can strike it from the records or something. I honestly hate Karo so much, I hope this ruins his career.

In light of UFC welterweight contender Karo Parisyan testing positive for multiple pain killers, Nevada State Athletic Commission executive Keith Kizer informed Fighters Only Magazine that Parisyan's win over Dong Hyun Kim at UFC 94 may be ruled a no contest. Kizer is quoted as saying, "[When] there is a failed drug test, the commission at its discretion could overturn a victory or draw and make it a no contest. We have actually done that a few times, that is the most common of the four [grounds for overturning the decision]." Parisyan claims he informed the commission about his use of pain killers, to which he says the commission reacted as if it wouldn't be a problem as long as he had a prescription. Kizer is also said to have stated that even if Parisyan has a prescription for the drugs, that fact is unlikely to lessen the punishment he receives.
Parisyan was scheduled to fight Josh Koscheck at UFC 98, should Koscheck get by Paulo Thiago at UFC 95, but that looks to be off for the time being. Stick with 411mania.com as this story develops
