HDNet sent ROH a proposal for a one hour weekly show yesterday which would be the first bona fide TV offer the promotion has received. We'll have more if or when the deal is accepted.

IWA-MS has also been approached by a Chicago based TV station, asking them to put together a demo DVD for a possible TV spot.

Maybe IWA has not been drawing much as of late but most wrestling companies arn't. I mean the last show had over 100 fans which is good for IWA right now. Securing local tv would help get the product out. IWA has been one of the best in ring product producing companies without a doubt. So if fans get it on tv it mightr boost their attendance which would be good. So even if wrestling infront of small crowds is PATHETIC....it may boost live attendance for Mid south and help it out.

IWA getting a local show in Chicago is nothing compared to ROH getting a national deal on HDnet which could easily lead to other-markets (CANADA?).

Maybe things for American Indys are starting to look up if both these companies can get TV time. and look at the Ontario guys that work for Mid South, It would be good publicity for them.

They have been showing ROH on the Fight Network for a few years and I can count on one hand the ammount of times I have watched an entire show. I just find it to be a lot of the same. Of course, they are all older shows and were showing stuff from three years earlier last time I checked.

Yeah, The Fight Network is showing Death Before Dishonor 2 right now. They show one half of a show one week then the other the next but the problem is they put all the good matches on one week and leave the rest with filler and 2004 ROH (Carnage Crew, Matt Stryker, Danny Daniels, pre heel Jimmy Rave) filler ain't entertaining.
