Entirely possible Mag - on the whiplash thing. Randy's head moved violently on that shot.

Brock is a big corn fed farm boy, no doubt he has freakish strength ... Would have loved to see Brock in the worlds strongest man competition against guys like Jon Pall Sigmarsson Magnus Ver Magnusson and Bill Kazmaier.

In addition to being naturally big, Brock has one of the most intense training programs i've ever seen.

I remember seeing him(before he was on tv) at WWE Axcess when Mania was in town. God was that one big son of a bitch. The tv doesnt really show how big that man really is. Didn't the WWE show him sitting in a pool of freezing cold water to get his mental strength up and w/e else he was trying.
Oh here's a question how the fuck do you gain 10 pounds in a day? It takes me a week with me actually working my ass off to lose 10 pounds. Just curious because I thought that was crazy. I remember when I was wrestling in high school people would gain like 2 or 3 pounds before a big tourney but not 10. Maybe I'm missing something somewhere.

since the average body is 55-65%, water weight can be an easy thing with a sauna, etc. i can cut 2-3 per day myself with diet alone.

I think it all has to do with water retention. It seems like a big number, but didn't one guy cut 20 lbs. in a few hours on one season of the Ultimate fighter? (I remember something like that, but don't remember what season or who it was).

Yea in season 2 or 3. He lost most of it in the sauna and eventually he gave up because he couldnt handle it. Cutting weight is easy to understand for me atleast because that's what I've been doing for the past 2 months or so. I was 235 or so I can't remember when I started now I'm 190 but anyway in the weigh in he was 260 which was friday and saturday during the fight he said he weighed 275.

He had to weigh in at 265 (the ceiling weight for the 'heavyweight' division in MMA), but gained 15 pounds for the fight (he was listed at 280)....
Man hit the buffet after making weight, that's for sure. Heard he walked around at 290-300 at one point, so it's not hard to think that he would eat a ridiculous amount of calories to get his energy back after making the 265.

So I'm guessing he ate lots and lots of Pasta.. Ok thanks. I heard he weighed 300 pounds before the fight was made.
