According to a source close to the situation, AWA promoter Dale Gagner, who is being sued by WWE for AWA Trademark Infringement, suffered a heart attack last night. The source says that Gagner is in an intensive care unit at a Mayo Clinic. Upon arrival to the hospital, Gagner appointed Ricky Landell in charge of AWA affairs and future shows.
