Here are the results from this past Sunday's Destiny World Wrestling show in Mississauga, Ontario , courtesy Bob Kapur:
1) Will White's dark persona Bill Black emerged during his match with Jimmy Notts, leading to him getting the win.
2) Jennifer Blake beat Leah Von Dutch, thanks to interference from Tyler Tirva.
3) George Terzis beat Tyson Dux in a great technical match.
4) "Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander won a Triple Threat match over El Jefe and Jon Bolen, earning the right to hang up the Canadian flag.
5) In his debut match for the company, the monstrous Kongo Kong got disqualified when he shoved the referee who was checking in on Kong's opponent, "Mr. Adventure" Stone Rockwell. After the match, Kong hit a fallen Rockwell with a giant Superfly splash. Kong's handler, "Coach" Scott D'Amore announced that Kong would be entering the future tournament to crown the first Destiny champion.
6) Jennifer Blake returned the favour to Tirva, causing a distraction that allowed her man to get the win over Phil Atlas.
7) Kevin Nash and Randy Reign beat Cody Deaner and RJ City, after Nash hit RJ with a chokeslam and Jack-knife Powerbomb.
NOTES: WWE superstar Santino Marella made a brief in-ring cameo appearance during the intermission. ... This was the largest crowd ever for the relatively young company, approximately 400 fans on hand, resulting in a legit standing room only situation. Another fun event ... The company announced a number of upcoming shows: May 3 will see Lucha Underground star Brian Cage face off against PJ Black (formerly, WWE's Justin Gabriel) in a TLC match;
June 21 will be the aforementioned tournament to crown the first Destiny champion; On August 30, the company presents "Summer Heat", which will be preceded with a formal banquet / awards dinner on the night before the event.
