I still can't believe people think if Brock wins then it was a fix. Brock is almost not even human, a gifted heavyweight that's also agile and pounds like a bag of hammers. I'm not saying Couture is screwed but he's 45 and has been off a long time.
I wouldn't count either guy out easily.

Nether can I but if Mir somehow beats Nog then I'll start thinking it's a fix... Lesnar is a freak of nature so it wouldn't be all that surprising to see him win but because of his lack of experience I don't think he will.

UFC is a work if Lesnar and Mir wins..... I'd like play mention one thing about that, just to throw it out there. You have a 4 man tourney for the belt, correct? Matches include.... Couture vs. Lesnar Noguerra vs. Mir Theres only 4 ways this could end up. Couture vs. Noguerra, Couture vs. Mir, Lesnar vs. Noguerra, and Lesnar vs. Mir....... Correct? So if Lesnar vs. Mir has a 25% chance of happening in a sport that is one of the most skilled sports in the world, that also has the potential to end with one punch, thats kind of a stretch if you ask me about it being a "work" if you ask me. As well I'd like to just add my opinion on this fight because I've never been excited for an event like this since I was a kid, I'm ridiculously excited. Randy has the edge here, but not as much as people think, at least in my opinion. Now to match them up, wrestling-wise, I'd concider them probable equals. I'd give the nod to Lesnar though cause he is going to have a 45-55 pound advantage on Couture in this fight (Couture fights at 225, and Lesnar drops weight to make 265, and fights at about 280). Couture is probably a better boxer, but we haven't seen Lesnar REALLY box, however at the same time, we've only seen Lesnar use his hands a few times. His first fight, Min Soo Kim tapped out in 69 seconds or something like that due to strikes. His second fight, he fucking Donkey Kong'ed Frank Mir, but Mir's experience got him the victory, and caught Lesnar in a knee bar; it happens. His third fight his first punch damn near knocked Heath Herring back into the locker room, pretty much making his eye explode with ONE shot. So, haven't seen much of his boxing, but Brock Lesnar is a MAN. He is such a MAN that when referring to Brock as a MAN, you have to capitalize the letters. He may only need that one or two shots. Randy has him beat in Ju-Jitsu, submissions, and most of all, experience. Brock LOOKED gassed as the end of the 3rd round, so the question remains, can Brock go 5? I don't think that there isn't ANYTHING Brock won't prepare himself for in this fight, so as a HUGE Brock supporter, have always been since I first saw him in some college wrestling tapes before I saw him on TV, perhaps I'm being biased, but I don't think so because before Brock got in the game, Randy was my favorite fighter, and now I just so happen to have 2 favorite fighters, and there fighting each other. How cool is that? But as much as the RIGHT thing to do is to say Randy is going to eat him up, I'm gonna say it is very possible, but don't count Lesnar out for one second. It would be ignorant to. He may be inexperienced, but that guy has heart. And when you have heart with a body that jacked, a short ass temper, and retarded farm boy strength to back it up, I don't think Lesnar is going to be as easy of an opponent for Randy as everyone seems to think. The last thing I want to say on this is that Brock Lesnar is in the biggest win-win situation of his life right now. If Brock Lesnar walks into Las Vegas on November 15th in his 4th ever fight and BEATS Randy Couture, one of the best EVER, for the UFC Heavyweight Title.....wow. What an accomplishment that would be! Now, on the other side of the coin, if Brock Lesnar walks into Las Vegas on November 15th in his 4th ever fight and LOSES to Randy Couture, one of the best EVER.... It's his 4th fight! Not many people expect him to win anyway, but at least he stepped up and took this fight. Pretty ballsy for a 4th fight! Does anyone think this could possibly outdraw that Oscar De La Hoya/Floyd Mayweather fight which was supposedly the highest drawing PPV ever, or something like that?
